2020 OGC Grant Launch March 29!

All members are invited to launch 2020 grants by reviewing and voting on which grants to pass onto Grants Committee for deeper analysis.  Please be impartial and participate with perspective of OGC's mission.

To participate:

1. Sign Conflict of Interest Policy by March 15 to receive grant pre-read info - See instructions below

2. RSVP - parking info will be sent later

3. Bring computing device to access voting App 

4. Bring donation check if you plan to GIVE towards your member commitment.  Help save 3% fee and provide time for your corporate match to process if you are submitting.

Texas Women's Foundation requires every member to sign the Conflict of Interest Policy to receive confidential grant information.  Please list any nonprofit organizations where you are employed, lead or serve on the board, advisory board and committees. 

We will collate everyone's input for the meeting and ask members to follow these best practices:

A.  Members should refrain from advocating with self-interest for organizations where they currenly serve.  We welcome members to provide knowledge and past experiences with the organization. 

B. If you are employed or in leadership position of organization that submits proposal, we ask you to recuse yourself from the room during discussion on that organization.

C.  If you serve on the board, advisory board, committee, etc. of organization, we ask you to abstain from voting.

1. Laptop – you will see your profile on the left-hand side and underneath your circle photo, there is a list starting with Profile, My Addresses… Click on “Conflict of Interest Form” to read, complete and submit. 

2. Mobile – you will see your profile, Edit button then “Profile” in a light grey bar with an arrow. Click on arrow and from the drop down menu chose “Conflict of Interest Form” to read, complete and submit.
